2. Nature of Astrology

You acknowledge that astrology is an ancient interpretive science based on planetary positions. Acharya Rajeev Kaushik provides guidance based on traditional Vedic principles and his 25+ years of expertise. However:

• Predictions are based on the birth details provided by you. If the time/date/place of birth is incorrect, the results will be inaccurate.
• Astrology is not a replacement for professional legal, medical, or psychiatric advice.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of predictions as many life outcomes depend on individual "Karma" and free will.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments: All consultations must be booked via our website or authorized contact numbers.
• Rescheduling: You can request to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds: Payments for reports and completed consultations are non-refundable. If a consultation is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Acharya Rajeev Kaushik and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. Any disrespectful or abusive behavior during a live consultation will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
